FL, GA, SC, TX – Court Closures/Delays [Updated: 9/13/17]

Please Be Advised: Below is an update on the court closures/delays from recent Hurricanes in the South/Southeastern portion of the United States.

We are still experiencing delays throughout the state of Florida, but most of the courts are now opened. There will be minor delays in some of the South Carolina counties, as well as Georgia, that were recently closed this week.

The counties listed below for each state are currently closed as of 9/13/17. As we receive new information we will be sure to update you right away.

FLORIDA COUNTIES [AS OF 9/13/17]:
Baker, Bradford, Broward, Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, Columbia, Dixie, Flagler, Gilchrist, Glades, Hendry, Hernando, Lafayette, Lake, Lee, Levy, Madison, Marion, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Volusia

GEORGIA COUNTIES [AS OF 9/13/17]:
Bryan, Evans, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Wayne

SOUTH CAROLINA COUNTIES [AS OF 9/13/17]:
All counties back to normal operation today

TEXAS COUNTIES [AS OF 9/13/17]:
Aransas, Orange, Refugio
